ReplyDeleteHi Lily:
ReplyDeleteBig fan of our blog. I must ask you one thing... since you seem to be an amazing cook and can figure out recipes. I had a coconut milk white egg tart in Hong Kong one time and it was just 'amazing'. Not like your regular coconut tart either. My husband and daughter who don't like to eat egg tarts, were devouring this one coconut milk white egg tart we bought to try. Can I ask you to see if you can figure out a recipe for such tart? I got this name based on a lady who posted pictures of the egg tarts she took in HK. It was right on with the pictures because she went to this bakery by the flowers stores which is where I went as well to get this tart. The bakery is called THE SUPREMECAKE. And here is the lady's blog with picture:

I have never seen this tart before and perhaps in Hong Kong that is the only bakery that makes it (I don't know, but, went to search in other bakeries in HK later on and could not find it).
