ReplyDeleteHi lily,
ReplyDeleteWhat is bamboo pith?I looked up wikipeadia, it says in Chinese it is Zhu Sheng. I might have eaten it once in a restaurant in Singapore. Is it a bamboo or a fungus?
When you buy it, is it in a dried form? Is is a well known product?
It is fantastic of you to think of different things to cook.
Hey this is something new and interesting. Good try.
