These Ping Pei Mooncakes are easier to make and much more presentable for the lovely sweet pastel colors. It should be served chilled.

ReplyDeleteYour mooncakes look absolutely gorgeous! I've always wanted to make my own mooncakes, but I have never seen the moulds here :( they would definitely make nice gifts for the mid-autumn festival.
Oh, I love the colorful ones, so pretty leh! The flower molds turned out looking great!
